WehaveanexcitingopportunityforanexperiencedProjectManagertojoinourAdelaide-basedProjectsteam.

ThisroleisidealforaprojectprofessionalwithastrongbackgroundinBuildingAutomationSystems(BMS),BuildingManagementSystems,Controls,orHVACsolutionswhoenjoysleadingprojectsfrominceptiontocompletionwhilebuildingstrongcustomerrelationships.

You will take ownership of project delivery, ensuring projects arecompletedsafely,ontime,withinbudget,andtothehighestqualitystandards.Workingcloselywithcustomers,subcontractors,andinternalstakeholders,you'llplayakeyroleindeliveringinnovativeandsustainablebuildingsolutionsacrossadiverseportfolioofprojects.

KeyResponsibilities

• Leadtheplanning,coordination,andexecutionofassignedprojectsfrominitiationthroughtohandover.

• Drivesuccessfulprojectoutcomesbymanagingscope,schedule,budget,quality,andrisk.

• Monitorandreportonprojectfinancialperformance,ensuringprofitabilityandcostcontrol.

• Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithcustomers,contractors,andkeystakeholders.

• Ensurecompliancewithallsafety,environmental,quality,andregulatoryrequirements.

• Manageprojectreviews,commissioningactivities,andcustomeracceptanceprocesses.

• Identifyopportunitiesforcontinuousimprovementanddriveoperationalefficiencies.

• Championacultureofprofessionalism,accountability,andcustomerexcellence.

• Supportinnovationanddigitaltransformationinitiativesacrossprojectdelivery.

WhatWe'reLookingFor

We'rekeentoconnectwithprofessionalswhohaveexperiencewithintheBuildingAutomation,Controls,HVAC,SmartBuildings,orCriticalInfrastructureindustries.

Ideally,youwillbring:

• TradequalificationinElectrical,HVAC,Refrigeration,oranEngineeringdegree.

• ProvenexperiencemanagingBMS,BuildingAutomation,Controls,HVAC,orrelatedbuildingservicesprojects.

• StrongunderstandingofBuildingAutomationSystems,controlstrategies,systemarchitecture,anddesignintent.

• ExperienceoverseeingFactoryAcceptanceTesting(FAT),SiteAcceptanceTesting(SAT),commissioning,andprojectclose-outactivities.

• Strongcommercialacumenwithexperiencemanagingprojectbudgetsandfinancialperformance.

• Excellentstakeholdermanagementandcustomerengagementskills.

• ProficiencywithMicrosoftOffice,MSProject,andprojectmanagementtools.

• ExperiencewithBIMandAutoCADwillbehighlyregarded.

• Acontinuousimprovementmindsetandabilitytothriveinafast-pacedprojectenvironment.
