PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The project deals with Strategic Modernization of OCSS Web, Conversion of Mainframe processes into OCSS Web, this is a .NET Framework, based web application. Case Management System for CLU (Centralized Locate Unit) to manage their case load efficiently. Case Management for Enforcement helps identify work assignments for the Enforcement team and streamline referral assignment. It will also track aging of requests and changes in priorities. Parent Support Program (PSP) Participant Tracking System is to find the most effective way to assist the PSP Resources Coordinator to easily track NCPs who are participating in Parent Support Program when client shows up for his/her appointment and provides timely progress reports back to the court. Child Support Snapshot (CSS) gives Community Based Organizations (CBOs) the tool to assist the NCP (noncustodial parent) with their Child Support case. Automated Mailing System (AMS) is to automate the current manual process of printing and mailing court documents and inserts to the Custodial Parent (CP)/Assignor and Noncustodial Parent (NCP)/ Respondent in non-e-Filed support cases. OCSE Web legacy (CSTrack). These projects involve designing specifications for processes to fetch and process data from Court Messages, designing and implementing custom applications to utilize the retrieved data, generating reports, and ensuring the timely execution of scheduled jobs.

TASK & DUTIES:

• System Design & architecture
• Responsible for defining and designing the high-level structure of software systems, including components, integrations, and data flow.
• Collaborate with developers, external teams, and business owners ensuring system performance.
• Design and create data model diagrams for requirement workflows, and structured diagrams for system integrations.
• Create detailed, structured documents that describe all aspects of a software system, including its architecture, components, functionality, and interactions.
• Comprehensive operational documentation of how the system is built and how it operates that helps in troubleshooting, system maintenance, onboarding new team members, and ensuring continuity of knowledge.
• Work with team members (e.g., managers, senior programmers, support staff, product manager) in writing clean, efficient and maintainable software systems by translating business requirements into technical solutions, following best practices and security guidelines.
• Create unit, integration, system, and user acceptance testing to ensure correctness and reliability.Generate reports, audit trails/logs, security mechanisms
• Occasionally contact business owners as may be needed to clarify the intent of a new feature or resolve a problem
• Gathering and analyzing business needs, user requirements and system constraints
• Evaluate requirements for feasibility, clarity, and alignment with business objectives.
• Review documented requirements with business to confirm accuracy and completeness.
  
• Obtain formal approval before proceeding with system design.
• Prioritizing requirements based on importance, complexity, and impact on operations.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications for the development team.
• Requirement Analysis and Prioritization
• Monitor system performance, fix bugs and implement improvements for optimization, performance, scalability, and long-term reliability.
• Identifying and resolving bugs, errors, and performance issues.
• Deploy, configure, and integrate systems with existing applications and databases.
• Software Systems Development & Implementation
• Document technical specifications, system designs, databases, data flows, workflows, and integration points.
• Develop system documentation
• Design specifications and configuration for oracle and SQL databases, Web API, Angular, system integration, and software security.
• Review system performance and ensure that all technical solutions align with organizational goals and operational requirements and security standards.
• Design and develop the overall structure and framework of software systems so they are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business requirements, software standards, best practices.

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE 

Note: Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered

• A minimum of 6 years of experience with the following skill sets:
• Microsoft .Net programming using ASP .Net & C#,
• Design and implementation of complex queries and stored procedures written in Microsoft SQL while ensuring that the procedure script is efficient.
• Proficiency in HTML.XML, AJAX & JavaScript
• Expertise in building applications in a n-tier architecture using object-oriented methodologies.
• Expertise in writing Oracle Stored Procedures & functions
• Angular Framework and maintain components for all functions
• Data retrieval skills Material View, View, and CI/CD processes
• SSRS Report generate, and Job process maintains
