ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for aCloud Team Leader (Managed Services) to join our Cloud Center of Excellence.

In this hybrid technical and leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Cloud Managed Services team, ensuring reliability, performance, and continuous improvement across cloud environments. You’ll combine strategic vision with hands-on expertise to guide your team and deliver high-quality cloud services to our clients.

THE WORK:

• Lead the Cloud Managed Services team, managing daily operations including incident, problem, and change management.
• Oversee cloud architecture to ensure availability, scalability, and security across platforms.
• Act as a mentor and technical reference for team members — supporting both technical execution and professional growth.
• Drive automation and optimization initiatives usingTerraform, Ansible, and Python.
• Define and maintain theManaged Services Quality Plan, continuously improving workflows (e.g.,Jira SDM).
• MonitorKPIs and service health, providing actionable reports and recommendations to management.
• Manage team capacity, budget planning, and on-call schedules.
• Shape the mid- and long-termCloud MSP strategy as Product Owner, staying ahead of emerging trends.
• Develop and maintain internal and external technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance withITIL processes and service management best practices.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• 5–10 years of experience inCloud Operations,Managed Services, or atechnical leadership role.
• Proven expertise incloud architecture and operations (AWS and Azure).
• Hands-on experience withKubernetes,Terraform,Ansible, andPython.
• Strong understanding ofDevSecOps principles andCI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab).
• Knowledge ofcloud security,networking, andcost optimization.
• ITIL certification (mandatory).
• At least onecloud certification (AWS or Azure).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
• Proactive mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency inEnglish (both written and spoken).

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience managing hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
• Familiarity withDatadog or other observability tools.
• Background inservice delivery management orproduct ownership.
