作為駐點於JLL半導體客戶現場的技術員,您將處於維持關鍵設施系統順暢安全運行的核心位置。這個實務性角色讓您在現場維護和優化各種建築系統——從氣體分配網絡和無塵室空調到實驗室排氣、製程冷卻水系統和天車。您將確保直接支援系統運作完整性,包括氮氣和天然氣站、FFU和DCC單元,以及與冰水和冷卻水系統相關的轉動設備。除了技術維護之外,您還將推動設施基礎建設和建築環境的6S實踐、管理每月公用事業報告和數據分析,並根據團隊需求參與專業專案工作。在JLL,我們共同為客戶、自己和同事開創更光明的道路——這個角色對於提供客戶每天所依賴的可靠、高效能環境至關重要。

您的日常工作內容:

• 執行氣體系統的預防性和矯正性維護,包括GC、GMS、氮氣(N2)站、天然氣(CH4)主站和減壓站
• 維護和排除Lab一般排氣系統和Lab區域照明故障,確保安全、符合規範的工作環境
• 監督TDL2製程冷卻水(PCW)系統,包括轉動設備、過濾槽、板式熱交換器和感測器
• 支援TDL2無塵室環境控制,包括FFU(風機過濾單元)、DCC(乾式冷卻盤管)和RCU(循環冷卻單元)
• 對TDL2天車(5+1台)進行檢查和維護,確保物料搬運作業安全
• 維護空調系統的轉動設備,特別是TDL2的CHP-04冰水泵和CWP-04冷卻水泵
• 執行建築維護任務,包括Lab設施的門扇、門鎖、快速捲門、滑升門和漏水維修
• 在系統(管路標籤、設備標示、電盤維護)和建築環境(環境清潔、防火填塞、燈具維護、物料收納)中實施和維持6S標準
• 編製和分析每月公用事業數據,包括瓦斯抄錶(總站、廊道、廚房)、數據整合分攤和異常耗量釋疑,以及Lab區域溫濕度和微粒計數監測並進行異常報告
• 其他廠務相關事宜的文書作業及團隊支援

必備資格:

• 機械、電氣或設施維護相關領域的技術文憑或證書
• 至少2年維護建築系統、空調或相關設施設備的實務經驗
• 具備氣體分配系統、無塵室環境或製程冷卻水系統的實務知識
• 能夠閱讀和理解技術圖面、P&ID和設備手冊
• 熟練按照時程執行預防性維護並準確記錄工作內容
• 具備機械和電氣建築系統的強大排除故障能力
• 具備在工業環境(包括無塵室、機房和高架平台)工作的體能
• 熟悉電腦化維護管理系統(CMMS),如MAXIMO,用於工單管理和報告

優先資格:

• 曾在半導體、電子製造或高科技廠房環境工作的經驗
• 熟悉無塵室規範、污染控制和關鍵環境作業
• 具備天車檢查和維護程序的知識
• 有支援建設或安裝專案的經驗(hook up工程、CVD/PVD設備支援、無塵室建設)
• 了解樓宇自動化系統(BAS)及其與設施設備的整合
• 能夠以中文和英文有效溝通
• 擁有冷凍、空調系統或專業設施設備的證照
