Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
• Operate production machines and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)Â
• Follow work instructions, control plans, and visual aids accuratelyÂ
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure products meet quality standardsÂ
• Record production data, defects, and abnormalities clearly and accuratelyÂ
• Escalate equipment issues, quality problems, or safety concerns to supervisors promptlyÂ
• Maintain good housekeeping and comply with 5S standardsÂ
• Comply with safety, ESD, and environmental regulations at all timesÂ
• Support line balancing, changeovers, and continuous improvement activitiesÂ
• Work collaboratively with technicians, engineers, and team members to achieve production goalsÂ
• Adhere strictly to quality requirements and defect prevention practicesÂ
• Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and company policiesÂ
• Maintain ESD discipline (where applicable)Â
• Participate in safety talks, quality briefings, and training sessionsÂ
Requirements / QualificationsÂ
• Minimum secondary school education (SPM or equivalent)Â
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantageÂ
• Ability to follow written and visual instructions accuratelyÂ
• Basic understanding of quality concepts and safety practicesÂ
• Willingness to work no shifts (if required)
