Responsibilities
Responsible for actively engaging with cross-functional technical and product management teams to prioritize tasks/work effort by understanding scope, requirements, level of effort, and pipeline, and clarify tradeoffs when changes are made to that planÂ
Create and monitor active work, backlog, priorities and risks to team members, internal and external stakeholdersÂ
Provide advice to business partners on options to accomplish requested projectsÂ
Manage project documentation and report on project status, backlog, and resourcesÂ
Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashionÂ
Implement, measure and report on key performance indicators and ensure project dashboards are up to date.Â
Adhere to enterprise-wide project management methodology standardsÂ
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experienceÂ
At least 3 years experience with project coordination or management of IT and/or software development projectsÂ
Proven track record leading agile development teams and delivering enterprise software projects on time and within budgetÂ
Expert in project management methodologies such as Agile and WaterfallÂ
Strong technical background with ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levelsÂ
Demonstrated experience with project management tools such as Jira or MS Project and creating detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocationsÂ
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Project Management Institute (PMI) certification Â
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certificationÂ
Understand fundamentals of release and change management to deliver successful projectsÂ
