WhatYou'llBeDoing

• Operateplantequipmentandproductionsystemssafelyandefficientlytomeetperformancegoals.

• Monitoroperations,identifyequipmentissues,andtakeappropriatecorrectiveactionwhenneeded.

• Conductroutineinspections,housekeeping,andbasicmaintenanceactivitiestosupportreliableoperations.

• Followallsafety,environmental,andqualitystandardswhilemaintainingcompliancewithcompanyprocedures.

• Collaboratewithteammemberstoensurecontinuousplantoperationsandconsistentproductquality.

• Demonstratedabilitytosafelyoperate,monitor,andtroubleshootindustrialequipment.

ConditionsofEmployment

• Successfulcandidatemustsubmittopost-offerpre-employmentphysicalexamination,drugscreen,andbackgroundcheck.

• SomepositionsrequireFMCSAregulatedongoingdrugandalcoholtesting.

WorkEnvironment

• Roleoperatesprimarilyinenvironmentswheretheconditionsincludemovingmechanicalequipment,inclementweather,heat,cold,humidity,andelevatednoiselevel.
