Senior Software Engineer - Salesforce Primary Cloud

We are seeking aSenior Software Engineer - Salesforce Primary Cloud to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) across primary clouds. You will extend Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience/Community Cloud, integrate via REST/SOAP, and partner with stakeholders in Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and the broader Lightning framework
• Configure and enhance Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience/Community Cloud features to meet business needs
• Develop flexible, reusable UI components with LWC
• Implement business logic with Apex triggers, classes, batch processes, and scheduled jobs
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems through REST/SOAP API connections
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot defects, and optimize performance
• Ensure best practices for security, scalability, and governor limit management
• Support deployments, release management, and post-launch issue resolution
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and DevOps-related workflows

Requirements

• Hands-on Salesforce development experience of 6–9 years in production environments
• Solid background working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud/Community Cloud
• Strong command of Apex, Triggers, and SOQL/SOSL
• Deep familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Proven ability using Lightning App Builder and other declarative tools
• Clear understanding of Salesforce's security model, including Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Permission Sets
• Background integrating systems via REST/SOAP protocols
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices
• Strong communication skills paired with effective stakeholder engagement
