About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Recruiter Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, with a focus on technical hiring. The intern will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to learn sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and recruitment operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
  • Review resumes and identify potential candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and follow-up communications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Help maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Bachelor's degree holder or final-year student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous internship experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition is a Must.
  • Strong interest in technical recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
