KeyResponsibilities

• Install,commission,andprogrambuildingautomationandcontrolsystems

• Diagnose,troubleshoot,andresolvetechnicalfaultsefficiently

• Serviceandmaintaininstalledsystemsacrossexistingcustomersites

• Conductpreventativemaintenanceandsystemoptimizationactivities

• Buildstrongcustomerrelationshipsthroughexceptionalservicedelivery

• Ensurecompliancewithsafetystandardsandcompanyprocedures

EssentialSkills&Experience

• ElectricalLicenceorRestrictedElectricalLicence

• Minimum5years'experienceinbuildingcontrolsfollowingapprenticeshipcompletion

• ExperiencewithBuildingPerformanceandEnergyEfficiencysolutions

• StrongunderstandingofcommercialHVACoperations

• Knowledgeofchiller,boiler,andairsideplantperformanceanddesignrequirements

• ExperiencewithITsystems,networkcommunications,andPChardwareconfiguration

• Excellentcommunicationandcustomerserviceskills

• Strongcommitmenttosafety,includingproactivehazardidentificationandriskresolution
