Job Description
AR Specialist with ItalianInfosys - Bucharest - Hybrid 3/2
We are looking for a candidate with:
Experience in customer-facing roles
Italian (C1/C2), English C1 (essential for client's communication purposes)
Min 2 years of experience in working with clients (in AR domain)
Good communication skills, attitude for problem solving and teamwork skills
Good knowledge of MS Office package
Highly developed, self-organization
Your key activities:
Telephone contact in Italian (responding to phone calls, e-mails, and queries from the clients)
Perform cash collection activities – chasing customers, managing open items
Performing Cash Application, Order Release and Credit Limit review activities
Managing Customer Refunds
Supporting AR team with payment methods maintaining
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly regular financial reports
Ongoing e-mail communication in Italian and English
Collaborating with other teams and internal customers
