Now we’re looking for a Tech Lead who can help us evolve our platform with structure, collaboration, and technical insight.
Aboutthe role
As a Tech Lead, you’ll play a key role in building secure, scalable and high‑performance systems that power financial service. You’ll act as atechnical role model, coach, and active contributor, guiding architectural decisions while staying deeply involved in coding.
Leadarchitecture and design decisions for complex fintech systems
Writeclean, scalable, modern code
Support the team throughmentorship, code reviews, and technical guidance
Ensure high quality, security and compliance
Collaborate with product owners to turn business needs into technical solutions

You’re an experienced developer who enjoys combiningtechnical expertise with leadership, and you thrive in a domain where reliability, performance and security truly matter.
We believe you have:
Several years of experience in modern software development
Strong understanding of system design and architecture
Experience working in fintech or other regulated, high‑complexity environments
Experience leading or coaching other developers
Strong communication skills and the ability to create alignment
A pragmatic, collaborative and solution‑oriented mindset
WhatYou Bring
Solidsoftware engineering fundamentals and architectural thinking
Experience withbackend development in complex, data‑heavy systems
Strongdatabase knowledge (data modeling, schema evolution, performance)
MS SQL Server experience is a plus
Understanding ofAPI design (REST/RPC)
Experience withC++ or C# is a bonus
Domain expertise infinancial or administrative systems is highly valued
