As a Senior Technical Consultant (Cloud & AI), you will be responsible for overseeing client-focused delivery of high-quality solutions and business outcomes. You will have the opportunity to help create & deliver the next generation of Azure-based Solutions for our most strategic customers.  Our team offers a collaborative culture where you can contribute your knowledge & experience while learning together as we create cutting-edge cloud solutions for our customers. 

• Lead technical delivery of customer-facing solutions,acrossAI-Ready Data Platforms, AI applicationdevelopment, agenticsystems and cloud modernization. 

• Manage seniorstakeholderexpectationsvia owning technicalplans across project delivery life cycle 

• Identify & report on business and technical risks, assess impact and propose mitigations and contingencies  

• Articulate value propositions for strategic Microsoft products and position them against competitors 

• Support and mentorown and client teams throughoutdelivery 

• Deliver results through teamwork while achieving individual billable attainment goals 

• Strongtime, project, and priority managementskills 

• Seek opportunities to drive Consulting business by collaborating withmultiple diverse team members 

• Ability to travel across EMEA whenrequired (up to50%) 

Technical background in IT services is essential, along withFinancial Services/ Banking Sector experience.You will have demonstrated skills leading teams designing and developing technology to solve business problems and help customers enhance applications across AI-ready data platforms, AI application development, agentic systems, and cloud modernization:  

AI-Ready Data Platforms & Modernization 

• Design and deliver AI-ready data platformsthat enable analytics,Gen AI, Copilot, and agentic AI workloads across enterprise environments. 

• Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives across relational and non-relational data estates, including Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, Cosmos DB, and Microsoft Fabric.  

• Experience implementing modern data architectures includingLakehouse, data mesh, real-time analytics, vector search, RAG, and enterprise knowledge platforms.  

• Implement governance, security, and data quality controls that support enterprise-scale AI adoption. 

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure AI Search,OneLake, and Azure SQL services is highly desirable.  

AI Engineering & Application Innovation 

• Design and build enterprise-grade AI applications, copilots, and multi-agent solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Foundry Agent Service, Copilot Studio, and modern cloud-native technologies.  

• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agent orchestration, semantic search, knowledge grounding, prompt engineering, and AI solution evaluation.  

• Apply Responsible AI principles, AI governance, observability, evaluation frameworks, and security best practices throughout the AI development lifecycle.  

• Collaborate with customers toidentify business transformation opportunities enabled by AI, automation, and advanced analytics. 

Cloud Engineering, DevOps & AI Operations 

• Experience delivering enterprise software using Agile, DevOps, and modern engineering practices. 

• Expertise in GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitHub Copilot, CI/CD,infra automation &cloud-native delivery models. 

• Experience withIaaCusing Terraform, Bicep, ARM, YAML, PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies. 

• Build secure and scalable deployment pipelines for cloud, data, and AI workloads, including AI application lifecycle management (LLMOps/MLOps/AIOps). 

• Experience with containers (AKS, Container Apps), APIs, event-driven architectures, monitoring, observability, and automated testing would be beneficial.  

Additional experience/ qualifications 

• Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) in Computer Science, Engineering,or equivalent work experience 

• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design experience 

• Relational databaseexpertise (SQL experience is a plus) 

• API development and design 

• Fluency inEnglishisrequired 

Technology Consulting IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Greece is € 46,000.00 - € 84,200.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
