Required Skills
7+ years of hands-on experience in application/production support.
Strong expertise in AWS cloud services and cloud-based application support.
Strong Java development experience
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Java development experience.
Experience handling critical production incidents and major incident management.
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
Expertise in AWS - EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, RDS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle), Lambda, VPC, Auto Scaling, Elastic Load Balancer (ALB/NLB), Route 53, CloudFormation, ECS/EKS (preferred)
Expertise in Application Support - Production Support (L2/L3), Incident, Problem, and Change Management, SLA & KPI Management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Performance Tuning, Application Monitoring, Release & Deployment Support
Strong Knowledge in SQL / NoSQL Databases, Query optimisation & performance analysis.
Experience in Linux/Unix and Windows systems
Expertise in Shell Scripting/Python/Terraform
Expertise in Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
Strong knowledge in Monitoring and Logging - Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus
Knowledge in ITSM tools - ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, 24x7 production support environment.
