Introduction

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our production support/devops team. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external tech teams, production support, middleware teams, and the business team. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and capable of managing their work independently, as this is critical for success in a production support environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mid to senior level Software Engineer with experience in Platform/Production Support/DevOps.
• Proven experience in ETL, Bigdata-Hadoop, SQL.
• Strong knowledge of Spark, Unix, Data warehousing, scheduling tools, and scripting.
• Expertise in Spark development, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Strong data and code analysis skills, including troubleshooting data quality/integrity and identifying root causes.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Comfortable working with all levels of management and bringing attention to risks before they become issues.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Good understanding of Bit Bucket, Gradle, Jenkins, Ansible, and CI-CD pipeline.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Interact with internal and external tech and production support teams.
• Collaborate closely with the business team to meet project objectives.
• Take initiative to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
