Introduction

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the Market Risk Technology team. The candidate will play a crucial role in defining the vision and roadmap for various products, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of both business and technology domain related to Market Risk.
• Strong understanding of market risk metrics and familiarity with regulatory frameworks like Basel III or FRTB.
• Prior experience working on significant technical delivery within Global Markets Technology or Risk Technology at a large financial services company.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical, business, and quantitative model partners and stakeholders.
• Experience in synthesizing complex data into actionable analysis and presentations to non-technical partners.
• Hands-on experience with Excel & SQL.
• Prior experience in agile methodologies and JIRA.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with Python / Quartz is desirable.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for the product, and prioritize stories in the product backlog.
• Collaborate with business & risk managers to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Support end-to-end IT change initiatives and implement changes to various risk processes, systems, and metrics.
• Assist with the analysis and testing of implementations.
• Ensure project governance and control processes around project delivery.
• Leverage a strong foundation of market risk domain to manage the delivery of market risk infrastructure changes.
