Description

We are seeking an experienced consultant to join our team in the Cincinnati region. This full-time role involves configuring and customizing applications, implementing business requirements, and ensuring high-quality delivery across projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with generic programming languages and configuration files.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize applications using programming languages and configuration files.
• Implement components including submission, issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Develop and enhance UI screens, validation rules, and workflows.
• Support integrations with upstream/downstream systems using messaging protocols.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, and QA teams to understand and implement requirements.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in application configuration and customization.
• Proficiency in programming languages and configuration files.
• Experience with business rules, validation rules, and workflows.
• Knowledge of XML web services and messaging protocols.
• Experience in property and casualty insurance domain preferred.
