About You

You are a Technical Learning Specialist who thrives at the intersection of technology, data, and user enablement. You enjoy transforming technical and operational insights into meaningful metrics that drive product adoption, improve user experiences, and support strategic decision-making.

You are analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about measuring the impact of technical enablement initiatives. You excel at identifying trends, translating complex findings into actionable recommendations, and communicating insights clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.

Note: This is a temporary 6-monthopportunity.

You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in QA, Data Analytics, Technical Support, Product Operations, or similar roles.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel, Power BI, or similar data visualization and analytics tools.
  • Experience analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to transform technical findings into business insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking for stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps is highly desirable.
  • Advanced English proficiency.

You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:

  • Transform Technical Enablement data into actionable insights that support business decisions.
  • Participate in Support Intelligence Reviews to analyze tickets, FAQs, and recurring user issues.
  • Identify, classify, and communicate adoption gaps related to training, product functionality, documentation, or business processes.
  • Monitor adoption rates and key performance indicators using product usage and support data.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and executive reports to measure product adoption and training effectiveness.
  • Cross-reference training certification data with support trends and product usage metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare Executive Adoption Reports and Adoption Scorecards for product releases.
  • Support the Technical Enablement Lead by preparing reports, metrics, and presentation materials for stakeholder reviews.
  • Validate the alignment between enablement initiatives, support findings, and product adoption metrics while recommending continuous improvements.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Data Analytics, QA, Technical Support, or similar roles.
  • Strong experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience creating dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
