The right fit for this role isDETERMINED, CURIOUS,andEAGER TO GROWwith:

Has at least 1 year of post-graduate working experience

Has a strongwork ethic and takes ownership of their learning
Is coachable and actively works to improve their craft
Has solidprogramming fundamentals
Has built mobile projects (school, internship, freelance, bootcamp, or personal apps)
BONUS: Experience inAgentic AI

Mobile Development

Nice to have: Experience building mobile applications using modern mobile frameworks, particularly Android, with exposure to technologies such as Kotlin/Java, React Native, Flutter, or similar platforms.
Solid understanding ofmobile UI/UX principles andresponsive layouts
Basic understanding ofMVVM or similar architectural patterns
Experience integratingREST APIs
Familiarity withdebugging, version control, and build processes
Exposure tounit testing, push notifications, and backend services (e.g., Firebase) is a plus
Bonus: Published an app on theApp Store or Google Play
