Field Service Engineer - North Italy (Rif. 07)

Anton Paar develops, manufactures, and distributes high-precision laboratory instruments and provides customized automation and robotics solutions.
TheField Service Engineer is responsible for the repair, maintenance, calibration, and adjustment of Anton Paar Italia instruments at customer sites.

• Provide technical service and support at customer sites within the assigned territory (Lombardy and parts of Northeastern Italy), with occasional travel throughout the rest of Italy.
• Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, calibrations, and adjustments in accordance with company procedures and quality standards, ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Manage personal spare parts inventory.
• Ensure a high level of customer care and satisfaction.
• Use SAP/CRM systems to document and manage service activities.

• Residence in the Lombardy region, preferably in the Mantua or Cremona area.
• Technical secondary school diploma, preferably in Electronics.
• Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills in electrical, electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Good command of English (minimum B1 level).
• Previous experience providing technical service for scientific laboratory or process instrumentation is considered an advantage.

• Employment under the ItalianNational Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio) with a gross annual salary range of€35,000–€45,000, plus a performance-based variable bonus linked to the achievement of agreed objectives.
