SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategicSAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our logistics systems architecture, directly responsible for the design, configuration, and continuous evaluation of our SAP TM solution. The ideal candidate is not just a builder, but a trusted advisor—someone who can critically evaluate proposed system designs, determine technical feasibility, and provide actionable feedback on what is possible within the standard and custom capabilities of SAP TM.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end configuration of SAP TM modules to support complex transportation and logistics processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing environments
• Design robust, scalable, and efficient transportation management processes, covering areas such as freight order management, transportation planning, freight settlement, and routing
• Critically evaluate proposed SAP TM designs and business requirements
• Act as the technical gatekeeper by providing candid feedback on feasibility
• Clearly communicate system limitations to business stakeholders
• Identify what features will work out-of-the-box, what requires custom enhancement, and what is simply not possible or not recommended due to SAP TM architectural constraints
• Propose alternatives when a requested design misaligns with SAP TM best practices
• Deliver scalable and maintainable solutions through strong problem-solving skills

Requirements

• Proven track record of 3+ years as an SAP TM Consultant with full lifecycle implementation experience
• Deep technical and functional understanding of SAP TM architecture
• Strong ability to evaluate complex system designs and confidently push back when needed
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively
• Advanced proficiency in English (B2+/C1)
