Primary Functions of thePosition:

• Day-to-day focus on resolution of complex loan issues where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines, or processes
• Deals with loan-related problems and the resolution of complex loan issuesindependently
• Supports leadership with projects, implementations, and strategicinitiatives
• Demonstrates understanding of the loan operations processes to identify policy gaps and formulate policies to support the streamlining of related work processes
• Minimizes risk to the bank through a solid understanding of procedural requirements, provides solutions to reduce errors, and to adhere to audit and control policies
• Integrates a solid understanding of industry and business standards andpractices
• Applies professional judgment, analyticalthinking
• Interacts with internal and external stakeholders for issue resolution and problemsolving

Education and ExperienceRequirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education andexperience.
• 5+ years of financial services experience, including 2+ years of experience in LoanOperations
• Previous Lending Operations and quality review/control experience with knowledge of lending regulatoryrequirements.

Essential Skills andAbilities:

• Strong knowledge of loan systems; In-depth knowledge of lending and all loan servicing functions, local/regulatory requirements, and legal documents.
• Strong attention todetail.
• High level of interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in person, through email, and over thephone.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity workenvironment.
• Thorough knowledge of all products and services offered by theBank.
• Job may require additional hours of work during peak periods to meet servicelevels.

The total compensation for this position includes base salary orwages, and may include components such as additional compensation (cash or equity), discretionary bonuses, or commissions.
