Now, we're looking for aContent Production Intern. The Content Production Intern will help keep Angkas' short-form social channels active by producing timely, engaging content from concept to publishing. This role is focused on creating platform-native videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels, ensuring a consistent content pipeline that strengthens brand relevance, community engagement, and customer acquisition.
What youâll be doing:
â Own the end-to-end creation of short-form contentâfrom ideation and scripting to filming, editing, caption writing, and publishingâfor TikTok and Instagram Reels.
â Maintain a consistent posting cadence to keep Angkas' TikTok and Instagram accounts active, engaging, and culturally relevant.
â Identify trends, audio, memes, and content opportunities, then quickly adapt them into brand-safe, platform-native content.
â Participate in content shoots by coordinating talents, capturing footage, and producing behind-the-scenes and story content.
â Monitor content performance and recommend creative improvements based on audience engagement and platform insights.
â Collaborate with the Branding team to align content with ongoing campaigns, promotions, and business priorities.
â Adhere to company policies and procedures
â Achieve or exceed targets and key objectives assigned by your Immediate Superior
â Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Film, Mass Communication, or a related field. No prior work experience required.
- Experience creating content for personal, academic, or freelance projects is an advantage.
- Basic video shooting and mobile content production. Basic proficiency in CapCut,
- Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools. Basic copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Basic photography and videography is an advantage.
