ThePrivate Data Service (PDS) team provides world-classexpertise in the collection and validation of investment data for investors in alternative assets.PDS streamlines the exchange of data between limited and general partners, allowing investors the continuous access toaccurate and standardized data, andis a part of Aladdin Business.The Aladdin Business iscomprised of 1,200+ professionals responsible for implementing and supporting our Aladdin clients,sales, and marketing, and ensuring the Aladdin Community maximizes Aladdin products through engagement and education.

We arelooking forProcess-Driven Data Analysts with astrongfinancial background tojoinour data governance team. Ourclientenhancesthelending capacity ofFinancialIntermediaries and stimulates bank lending to small and medium sized enterprises by providing guarantees that encourage increase lending volumes. FinancialIntermediariesinclude institutions specializing in financial transactions, such as banks, insurance companies, investment banks, pension, and mutual funds.  

Key responsibilities: 

• Input cash-flow-related administrative data across various product lines (e.g., processing drawdowns and repayments of Private Equity funds, guarantee calls, and disbursement requests). 

• Reconcile cash positions with intermediaries. 

• Maintain daily communication with fund managers and the client to obtain information necessary for successful operations. 

• Responsibility for driving and delivering client experience and needs, through daily interactions. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree inFinance,Economics,BusinessAdministration, ora similar field,oranequivalent combination of education. 

• Minimum of2 years`relevantprofessional experience in financial administration, financial securities,finance or audit-preferablywithina multinational environment. 

• Strong customerserviceand datamanagementexpertise, with a passion for delivering service excellence.  

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively withclients and internal stakeholdersatallorganisationallevels. 

• Excellent written andverbal communication skills in English;proficiency inadditional EU languagessuch asFrench,SpanishorItalianis an advantage. 

• Ambitious,creative,proactive, problem-solving mindset,with apositive, ‘can-do’attitude, andawillingness to growbeyond the comfort zone. 

• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills, withability to prioritizetasksandconsistentlydeliver high-quality and consistent results.  

• Strong planning and organizational skills,with the ability to manage and control personal workload to meet deadlines effectively. 

• Reliable and trusted team player,demonstrating integrity and strong and ethical standards.Motivated to contribute to ahigh-performing,collaborative team in a dynamic and impactfulenvironment.  

• Proficientin Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications,with the ability to quickly learn proprietary systems. 

• Experience withtools such asAlteryx, VBA,eFront or Tableau are an advantage.  

• Comfortable workingundertight deadlines and abletorespond swiftly and effectively to new situations in a client-focused, high-quality service environment.
