Project Manager - Managed Services

We are hiring aProject Managerto coordinate large-scale managed services operations and keep delivery quality consistent across teams. You will manage governance, reporting, and SLA-focused execution while partnering with leaders to advance AI initiatives and automation. Responsibilities

• Manage operations for the "Managed Services Solution Practice"
• Align cross-department teams to synchronize project goals and improve service delivery processes
• Maintain transparent communication and deliver regular status reporting to internal teams and external stakeholders
• Partner with senior leaders to sustain engagement and alignment on AI initiatives
• Run key stakeholder calls across programs/initiatives while balancing multitasking and ambiguity
• Measure progress and communicate key performance indicators for AI practice operations
• Embed AI knowledge into practice workflows and deliverables with the broader team
• Diagnose operational issues and resolve blockers to support smooth practice functioning
• Define program scope, objectives, and success criteria in initiation and planning stages
• Ensure program performance meets service level agreements and contractual obligations through ongoing oversight
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could affect outcomes and stakeholder expectations
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports, and lead continuous improvement by acting on feedback and refining operational workflows

Requirements

• Broad IT industry experience totaling 14-17 years within program delivery and operational management
• Strong experience in managed services programs and operating large accounts/programs with a focus on consistency and risk mitigation
• Proven track record collaborating with global and local leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve unified goals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills when working with senior leadership worldwide
• Demonstrated strength in resolving stakeholder conflicts using negotiation and structured communication
• Hands-on expertise implementing governance frameworks that maintain SLA adherence and operational excellence
• High interest in leveraging AI technologies to enhance managed services delivery and innovation
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and supporting technologies
• Experience producing and maintaining reports and dashboards for senior leaders
• Practical experience with process improvement and automation efforts
• Proficiency in Jira, including board/workflow management, dashboards, and queries
• Familiarity with Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate
