
Talent COE Intern
Role OverviewÂ
The TA Center of Excellence Intern will support the day-to-day operations of Clearwater's Talent Acquisition function, gaining hands-on exposure to recruiting operations, systems, and analytics at a fast-growing, publicly traded SaaS company. This role is well suited to a detail-oriented, process-minded student who wants practical experience in how a modern Talent Acquisition organization runs behind the scenes — not just how individual roles are filled, but how the entire hiring engine is built, measured,and improved.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Support day-to-day administration of the applicant tracking system (ATS), including requisition setup, data hygiene, and workflow configuration.Â
Help coordinate interview schedulinglogistics across recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, escalating conflicts or delays as needed.Â
Assist in building andmaintaining recruiting dashboards and reports (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source of hire) to support data-driven decision-making.Â
Help document and continuously improve TA processes, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.Â
Support onboardinglogistics coordination, ensuring a smooth handoff from offer acceptance to day one.Â
Assist with vendor and tool administration, including job board postings and assessment platform support.Â
Partner with recruiters and TA leadership on ad hoc projects, including sourcing support, employer branding initiatives, and campus/early-career recruitinglogistics.Â
Help audit ATS andreporting data for accuracy and compliance with recordkeeping requirements.Â
QualificationsÂ
Required:Â
Currently pursuing abachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Analytics, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.Â
