Executive - Account Management

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Assist in managing and coordinating Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Support the team in developing media plans based on campaign objectives, target audiences, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Media, Creative, Analytics, and Performance Marketing for smooth campaign execution.
• Understand client requirements and support the preparation of campaign briefs and deliverables.
• Monitor campaign progress and assist in tracking key campaign metrics and performance.
• Support the preparation of campaign reports, presentations, and performance updates.
• Maintain campaign-related data, trackers, timelines, and documentation.
• Assist in identifying campaign performance trends and areas for improvement.
• Participate in client calls and meetings and support the team with follow-ups and coordination.
• Manage multiple tasks and campaign requirements while ensuring timely delivery.
• Continuously learn about digital marketing, Meta, media planning, campaign management, and performance marketing.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and developments in the digital marketing industry.

Experience & Qualifications

• 0 to 1 year of experience, freshers are welcome to apply.
• Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interest in Digital Marketing and the advertising industry.
• Eagerness to learn campaign management, Meta, media planning, and performance marketing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is preferred.
• Comfortable working with MS Excel/Google Sheets and presentations.
• Analytical mindset with an ability to understand and work with data.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take ownership.
