As a Transaction Coordinator, your number one priority is to deliverĀ serviceĀ that provides agents with two primary benefits: time and peace of mind.Ā You'llĀ take ownership of everyĀ possible taskĀ appropriate forĀ aĀ coordinator, andĀ anticipate their needs by staying a step ahead so they can do what they do best, help clients win! About the RoleĀ
You'llĀ take a lead role in coordinating real estate deals, working with agents to orchestrate the details between clients, cooperating agents, lenders, closing companies, and other parties to ensure every detail comes together seamlessly from contract to close.Ā
With agent oversight,Ā you'llĀ manage a high volume (process 30-50 deals per month on average during busy months) whileĀ maintainingĀ quick response times, and proactive follow-up.Ā
Coordinate property access for inspectors, appraisers, and other vendors.Ā
Manage all paperwork related to the transaction. Draft addenda as needed, process disclosures and ensure our file is complete.āÆĀ
YouāllĀ proactively support multiple agents, building relationships to understand their working style and take care of our clients at every step in the home-buying and selling experience.Ā
Minimize clients' stress by expertly guiding them through the closing process and promptly responding to their questions.Ā
Work in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities while using your market knowledge and our custom-designed tools to inform clients about activities related to listing their home.Ā
Ensure all contractual deadlines are met; alert all parties when a deadline is atĀ risk, andĀ proactively mitigate that risk when within your control toĀ facilitateĀ an on-time closing.āÆĀ
Drive agent and client satisfaction by providing support that meets our gold standard of service excellence.āÆĀ
About YouĀ

One year of real estate contract experience, with strong contractual and disclosure knowledge and an understanding of the multi-faceted lifecycle (contingencies, settlement, lending) of closing a real estate transaction is preferred.Ā
One year of customer service experience isĀ required.Ā
Excellent attention to detail,Ā organizationalĀ and interpersonal skills.āÆĀ
Clear and concise verbal and written communication.Ā
Proficient in basic technologies (internet search, customer relationship tools) and the aptitude to learnĀ new technologiesĀ (Google suite, Redfin proprietary tools).Ā
Experience using email and phone to communicate with clients and other partiesĀ required.Ā
Calm demeanor when resolving issues and communicating with agents and clientsĀ
Experience juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.āÆĀ
Strong senseĀ of accountability forĀ the agentĀ and client experience.Ā

This is a fully remote position, with up to 4 in-office visits per year for team events.Ā
