Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for a Senior IT Project Manager (Banking) to join our team.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate IT and business projects from planning through successful delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements while monitoring progress against agreed milestones.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and management to gather requirements and ensure project objectives are met.
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation and resolution strategies.
Oversee relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality deliverables and adherence to contractual commitments.
Ensure compliance with banking, regulatory, security, and internal governance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare project reports and presentations for senior management, while supporting change management and user adoption activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, IT, banking operations, or a related role.
Previous experience within a bank, financial institution, or other regulated financial services environment.
Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders across both business and technology functions.
Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory compliance requirements, risk management, and project delivery processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrate ability to manage project timelines, budgets, vendors, and reporting activities effectively.
