Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for anIT Support Technicianto join our team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the company’s IT systems, applications, networks, and infrastructure.
- Provide first- and second-level technical support, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues for end users.
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade PCs, servers, operating systems, and related IT equipment.
- Manage and support network infrastructure and associated technologies to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on hardware, software, and IT systems.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, operational standards, and company policies related to IT operations and information security.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
- Hands-on experience with Windows (Client/Server), Active Directory, Servers, Network Switches etc.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
