PRIMARY DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:Â

Ensures adequate training of FCMs on relevant therapeutic area needs, internal Working Processes and Standard Operating Procedures and that of the client; Manages the hiring, performance and development of the FCMs team; Oversees and approves expenses of FCMs; Ensures regular coaching of the FCM team throughregularfieldvisits;AssisttheFCMsinpeakorabsenceperiodstoensureastreamlinedprogramfrom a HCP’s perspective; Sets FCM Team objectives and KPIs and generates/maintains tools to generate significantperformancemetrics;Ensuresteamreadinessfortimelyfieldimplementationofcurrentandfutureprojects;Â
ForecastsandallocatesresourcestosupportgeographicalneedsoftheprograminkeepingwithKey PerformanceIndicators;Â
CollaborateswiththeClient’spointofcontactinactivities,issuesandinsightsrelatingtotheFCMs’duties andresponsibilities;Â
ProvidescontinuousfeedbacktotheSeniorProgrammanager,theClient’sPointofContactandotherrelevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure Best in Class status of the patient supportprogram;Â
May berequired to be on standby/on call as part of thisrole.Â
Responsible to report all Adverse Events to the assignedunits/departmentsÂ

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONALREQUIREMENTS:Â
Generalknowledgeofreimbursementandpatientassistanceprogramsanddatabaseelementsand functionality as well as operational policies and processes anasset;Â
Nursing background is an asset but not arequirement.Â
University science/healthcare degree, or equivalent combination of experience andeducation;Â
Minimumof7yearsexperienceinpeopleandclientmanagement,clinicalorbiotechnologyprogram management or related field, within healthcareÂ

MINIMUM SKILLS,KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITYREQUIREMENTS:Â
Â
Fluently Bilingual in English and French (written andspoken) an asset;Â
Background in healthcaresettings is an asset;Â
Solid understanding of the business principles of the pharmaceuticalindustry;Â
Abilitytounderstandandapplymedicaland/orbusinessknowledgetoallaspectsoftherole,butinparticular to provincial and private payer markets,complying with professional and ethical standards ofpractice;Â
Strong people managementskills;Â
Proventrack record in leadership and management of afield basedteam;Â
Able toleverage internal and external relationships and opportunities to help promote teamproductivity;Â
Stronginterpersonalskills.Abletocommunicateeffectivelywithalllevelsandwithinternalandexternalstakeholders;Â
