Tech Lead (Consulting Assignment) – React/TypeScript

This is a consultant assignment with an expected duration until approximately March 2027.

We are currently looking for a seniorTech Lead on behalf of our client, a growingSaaS product company. You will join a team working on a business-critical platform with a strong focus on scalability, automation, and modern engineering practices.

This role combines strategic technical leadership with hands-on development. You will be responsible for architectural direction, technical decision-making, and ensuring the long-term quality and evolution of the platform while remaining actively involved in the codebase.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the system architecture

• Drive technical decisions and ensure high engineering standards

• Participate in development, code reviews, and technical problem-solving

• Promote best practices in DevSecOps, security, and CI/CD

• Support documentation, technical governance, and AI-assisted development initiatives

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Development teams

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience withReact and TypeScript (mandatory)

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Lead Developer, or similar senior engineering role

• Strong background in system design, architecture, and scalable software solutions

• Experience documenting architectural decisions and technical designs

• Solid understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and secure development practices

• Experience working with AI-assisted development tools and an AI-first mindset

• Ability to influence and lead through technical expertise rather than formal authority

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken

• Allocation: Full-time
