Lead Operations and Deliver Results

• Support the development and execution of strategic business plans to achieve operational goals related to productivity, quality, safety, service, and cost.
• Drive performance by analyzing metrics, identifying opportunities, and implementing process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
• Forecast labor needs and manage staffing plans to ensure resources align with business demands.
• Monitor operational performance and hold teams accountable for achieving key performance indicators.

Develop and Lead High-Performing Teams

• Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and development to salaried and hourly associates.
• Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning.
• Identify talent, create development opportunities, and support succession planning initiatives.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, performance management, and career development activities across the facility.

Drive Financial and Business Performance

• Manage operational expenses and financial performance within assigned areas.
• Monitor asset utilization and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and return on investment.
• Review and analyze business reports to make informed decisions and drive operational improvements.

Champion Safety, Quality, and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Walmart and Supply Chain safety, quality, regulatory, and operational standards.
• Lead initiatives that promote a safe working environment and a culture of accountability.
• Investigate and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns while ensuring consistent execution of company policies and procedures.

Build Strong Partnerships

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and business partners to achieve shared objectives.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to align teams and drive results.
• Represent Walmart within the local community through engagement in charitable activities, community organizations, and company-sponsored events.

  The annual salary range for this position is $116,000.00 - $174,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
