- You support the team in transformation projects and independently take ownership of clearly defined tasks ā from research and analysis to the development of deliverables
- You prepare content in a structured and easy-to-understand way ā e.g., in slides, concise analyses, or decision materials ā and learn how to build clear storylines
- You contribute to client meetings, alignments, and workshops, support their preparation, and take ownership of discussions and specific topics
- Together with the team and the client, you develop sound solution approaches and derive robust decision-making foundations
- You work with common methods, frameworks, and tools and continuously develop your skills within projects
- You collaborate closely with colleagues and experts, document results in a structured way, and help make learnings and project materials accessible for the team
- You hold a degree in business, STEM, or a comparable field and have a strong interest in the intersection of technology and business
- You have gained initial relevant practical experience (e.g., internships, working student roles, or entry-level positions) and are eager to develop quickly in a project environment
- You work in a structured and reliable manner, are able to prioritize tasks, and deliver with a high level of accuracy
- You have a solid basic understanding of technology topics (e.g., IT architecture, cloud, AI, platforms) or a strong motivation to quickly build up this expertise
- You enjoy working in a team, actively support your colleagues, involve them effectively, and proactively seek feedback for your own development
- You communicate clearly and effectively in both German and English and are comfortable working internationally, including willingness to travel
