Senior IT Recruiter

We're on the hunt for a seasoned Senior IT Recruiter to strengthen our Talent Acquisition efforts, with a primary focus on identifying and bringing on board exceptional engineering professionals across Latin America. In this position, you'll team up with hiring managers on a regular basis, design original methods for finding qualified candidates, and contribute meaningfully to hiring choices for niche and difficult-to-fill technical roles. Responsibilities

• Handle every stage of recruitment for technical openings across the Latin American market, beginning with kickoff meetings alongside hiring managers and industry research, and concluding once an offer has been finalized
• Drive proactive outreach to uncover candidates for niche engineering vacancies through the use of sourcing platforms, specialized networks, employee referrals, and competitive intelligence gathering
• Engage directly with hiring managers to clarify actual hiring needs, offer constructive pushback when warranted, and put forward the smartest path toward filling each role
• Run candidate interviews designed to gauge technical proficiency, personal motivation, communication approach, and compatibility with team culture
• Build a memorable and positive experience for every applicant by maintaining prompt, clear, and courteous interactions across the full hiring journey
• Keep a close eye on recruitment metrics to uncover weak points, strengthen conversion outcomes, and steadily upgrade the overall hiring approach
• Explore and test innovative practices, such as AI-driven recruitment technology, process automation, and unconventional sourcing strategies, to boost speed and improve candidate interaction
• Continuously track shifts in the tech industry, changes within the talent pool, and strategies used by competing organizations in their recruitment efforts

Requirements

• At least three years of professional experience recruiting for software engineering and other technical roles in a globally-oriented organization
• Solid history of uncovering hard-to-locate technical candidates by utilizing a mix of different recruitment avenues
• Practical understanding of widely-used technology frameworks, including Java, JavaScript, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, QA, Data, and other related fields
• Exceptional ability to interview and evaluate candidates in ways that go beyond simply reviewing their resume
• Proven experience partnering with hiring managers while incorporating data analysis and market trends into recruitment decision-making
• Comfortable operating within applicant tracking systems and following well-defined recruitment methodologies
• Practical background utilizing AI resources, such as ChatGPT or comparable platforms, to sharpen sourcing tactics, candidate communication, research, or workflow efficiency
• Natural inclination toward analytical thinking, with ease in reviewing data points to strengthen hiring performance
• Solid English language skills, both spoken and written, at a B2 level or higher
