A/B Testing Manager

We are looking for an experiencedA/B Testing Manager to own the experimentation process end-to-end, partnering with Engineering, Analytics and Site Optimization to ensure experiments are correctly designed, configured, tracked and evaluated.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end A/B testing setup and execution for the pod
• Coordinate with Analytics and Site Optimization on experiment design, metrics, attribution and analysis
• Challenge hypotheses, success metrics, tracking and attribution to ensure reliable results
• Partner with Engineering on technical implementation, troubleshooting and experiment readiness
• Ensure correct configuration and usage of Adobe Target and alignment with Akamai setup/dependencies
• Drive continuous improvement of experimentation processes

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in A/B testing and experimentation
• Understanding of experimentation methodology, metrics, attribution and analytics
• Proficiency in Adobe Target
• Working knowledge of Akamai and digital experience delivery
• Strong cross-functional skills and ability to challenge and align Engineering, Analytics and Site Optimization
• Strong technical understanding of web/digital products and tracking
• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, chatbots or conversational products
• Background in E-commerce / retail
• Skills in SQL and/or Python
