  • Process Optimization: Lead the industrialization of A400M components and systems, ensuring seamless integration into production lines while optimizing cost, quality, and lead time.

  • Manufacturing Support: Collaborate with production teams to resolve technical issues, improve assembly processes, and implement best practices for aerostructures and mechanical systems.

  • Tooling and Automation: Design, validate, and deploy tooling solutions and automation systems to enhance manufacturing efficiency and repeatability.

  • Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of components and compliance with Airbus standards.

  • Documentation and Compliance: Develop and maintain industrialization documentation, including work instructions, process sheets, and compliance reports (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).

  • Continuous Improvement: Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste, improve productivity, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

  • Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2Ā years of experience in industrialization, manufacturing engineering, or production support within the aerospace or defense sector.
  • Proven experience with A400M programs is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with aerostructures, composite materials, and mechanical systems.
  • Experience with CAD/CAM tools (CATIA V5/V6, Siemens NX) and PLM systems (e.g., SAP, Windchill).
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, assembly, composite layup).
  • Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory); proficiency in German is a plus
