Senior Project Manager (Marketing Execution Services)

We are currently looking for an experienced and proactiveSenior Project Manager with a strong client-oriented mindset to join our team and lead print production projects for international clients.

Hybrid work model (based in Vilnius, Lithuania)

Your role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for daily cooperation with clients, developing relationships with them, and leading their projects that have real visibility on the market - from daily client communication to coordinating production and delivery processes across different markets.

On a daily basis, you will:

• Act as the primary point of contact,building and maintaining long-term relationships with global and local clients across our region.

• Understand client goals and industry landscapes to formulate and execute effective communication strategies.

• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions to clients.

• Lead project executionfrom initial brief to final delivery, ensuring all goals are met.

• Coordinate with production partners and suppliersto ensure maximum quality, strict timing, and cost-efficiency.

• Provide expert recommendations on production techniques and technical solutions to optimize client results.

• Prepare offers, presentations, quotations, and comprehensive project documentation.

• Bridge the gapbetween clients, suppliers, and internal/regional teams (Riga & Warsaw) to ensure seamless workflow.

• Monitor project health, including timelines, budgets, and potential risks, taking corrective actions when needed.

• Collaborate closelywith creative, production, and operational teams to maintain Altavia’s high standards.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experiencein project management, client service, print production or a related field.

• Strong communication and relationship-buildingskills.

• Client-oriented mindsetand confidence in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Understanding ofprint productionand retail communicationprocesses will be considered a strong advantage.

• Ability to work independentlyin a remote environment.

• Fluency inLithuanian and Englishis essential. Proficiency in Latvian and/or Polish is a significant advantage.

• Very good organizational skillsand attention to detail.

• A proactive "ownership" approach with the drive to keep projects moving forward despite challenges.

• Good command of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
