Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in planning, coordinating, and executing a wide array of events that align with our organization's goals and brand. Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute various events including conferences, meetings, and social gatherings.
• Coordinate all event logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation.
• Develop and manage event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand event objectives and requirements.
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
• Create and distribute event materials such as invitations, programs, and promotional content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with clients and vendors.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial reporting related to events.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
