Job Description:
Accountabilities/responsibilities:
Escalating clinical questions and issues coming from our doctorsÂ
Working proactively to address any inquiries, complaints and adverse events arising among France and EMEA doctorsÂ
Providing clinical customer support in regards of treatment planning predictability and ORMCO APPROVER utilizationÂ
Working in collaboration with Marketing/Education teams to create clinical content materials, e-learnings, or training modulesÂ
Introduce the foundations of the product portfolio from a clinical standpoint and benefits of our solutions, ensuring effective utilization while escalating needs for additional training to the relevant stakeholdersÂ
Manage customer and internal inquiries submitted through internal platforms, ensuring timely follow-up and excellent service deliveryÂ
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in dentistry/medical/orthodonticsÂ
Knowledge of clear aligner systems and mechanics highly preferred
Native level of the French language and fluent level of the English language are mandatoryÂ
Strong presentation skill, able to liaise with multiple KEs, doctors or business partners in the EMEA regionÂ
Team player, able to fit and work within a multinational matrix organizationÂ
Willingness to travel (up to 25%)Â
Other preferred qualifications: knowledge of any additional European language
