Technical Lead

Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company transforming the automotive dealership experience by automating administrative processes, streamlining sales workflows, and ensuring compliance.

They are looking for ahighly experienced Technical Leadto join their remote team and take ownership of key areas of the platform architecture and development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in startup environments, enjoys high autonomy, and has a proven track record of leading technical initiatives and making architectural decisions.

Responsabilities:

• Own and evolve major parts of the application architecture.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions.
• Lead technical discussions and drive architectural decisions.
• Lead complex projects from design through delivery.
• Establish engineering best practices and mentor other developers.
• Review code, ensure software quality, and maintain security standards.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and production issues.
• Collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders.

• Extensive experience building and scalingSaaS applications.
• Strong expertise inTypeScript across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Experience withPulumi, Bun, React, Vite, AWS, GraphQL, Postgres, and Redis is a plus.
• Previous experience in atechnical leadership role (Tech Lead, Staff, Principal, or similar).
• Proven experience owningarchitecture andleading technical projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.
