Junior UX/UI Designer

We are looking for aJunior UX/UI Designer to join our team. If you're passionate about creating intuitive digital experiences, enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, and thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do

• Design engaging and user-centred experiences formobile applications and web platforms.
• Createwireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs usingFigma.
• Participate in iterative design processes, rapidly incorporating feedback and refining solutions.
• Critically evaluate design approaches and proactively suggest alternative solutions when appropriate.
• Adapt designs to meet each client's unique business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Present and defend design concepts to clients, clearly communicating design decisions and recommendations.
• Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across all digital products.

What we're looking for

• Previous professional experience in UX/UI Design is a strong plus.
• Strong proficiency withFigma.
• A portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects for bothmobile and web applications.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and design thinking.
• Dynamic, proactive, and highly organised profile withexcellent critical thinking skills.
• Comfortable working in agile, iterative environments with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence interacting directly with clients.
• Fluency inEnglish, both written and spoken (Mandatory).
• Availability to undertake a Professional Internship (Estágio Profissional) is valued, but not mandatory. We also offer the possibility of a B2B contract.

Nice to have

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design best practices.
• Experience collaborating with development teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality.
