A bit about the roleÂ
Powerball is the newest and most existing game from one of the UKâs most iconic and trusted brands â embedded in the cultural fabric of the nation and delivering life-changing wins every week. As Brand Manager for Powerball, you will play a central role in how the brand shows up, grows, and connects with players.âŻÂ
You will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to deliver compelling campaigns, develop creative platforms, and shape the messaging that drives participation and player belief. Youâll bring structure, creativity, and strategic thinking to every brief â ensuring our communications are grounded in insight, designed to influence behaviour, and executed with consistency and craft.âŻÂ
 You will also work closely with the Euromillions Brand Manager to ensure that the different Jackpots and messages show up at the right time for the right players. Â
This is a delivery-focused role with creative ownership â you will lead campaign development from brief to execution, managing internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring Powerballâs brand shows up powerfully across all touchpoints, from ATL to CRM to customer service.âŻÂ
Success in this role will come from combining campaign craft with curiosity â understanding what moves our players, how our brand is perceived, and how each piece of communication contributes to commercial outcomes and long-term brand strength.âŻÂ
What youâll be doingÂ
Creative Development & Campaign DeliveryâŻÂ
- Write clear, compelling creative briefs rooted in player insight, behavioural intent, and commercial goalsâŻÂ
- Own day-to-day creative development and execution across channelsâŻÂ
- Manage agency partners and internal teams to deliver work on-time and on-briefâŻÂ
- Lead creative reviews, feedback cycles, and asset finalisation with rigour and clarityâŻÂ
- Ensure every campaign idea has platform potential â able to scale across formats and touchpointsâŻÂ

Brand Expression & Channel IntegrationâŻÂ
- Ensure Powerballâs brand is consistently and clearly expressed across all player touchpointsâŻÂ
- Collaborate with CRM, Retail, and Digital teams to brief and align messagingâŻÂ
- Maintain asset libraries and brand guidelines to support cross-channel consistencyâŻÂ
- Take ownership for how Powerball âshows upâ â whether in-store, online, or via player communicationsâŻÂ

Performance Monitoring & Continuous ImprovementâŻÂ
- Track campaign performance and contribute to evaluation and learning cyclesâŻÂ
- Use player insight and brand tracking to refine messaging and creative approachâŻÂ
- Stay informed on creative trends, competitive activity, and new opportunities for engagementâŻÂ
- Contribute to test-and-learn strategies to evolve message, tone, and impactâŻÂ
