Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of Alliance Management experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or diagnostics
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Conga
- CA-AM or CSAP certification
We are seeking a results-driven Alliance Manager for a 1-year contract to drive contract execution, account growth, and operational governance across key pharma partnerships. Working alongside internal account leadership, you will lead the end-to-end management of joint agreements, steer governance committees, and align cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues while ensuring top-tier alliance performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned pharma/diagnostics partners to deliver on shared goals and broaden account product.
- Lead the initiation, drafting, and execution of revenue-generating project contracts.
- Facilitate Joint Steering Committees, enforce contractual compliance, and assess overall alliance health.
- Address partner conflicts proactively and facilitate alignment across internal R&D, Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams.
