Program Specialist (Rotating Shift)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the centralized mailbox and monitor incoming requests.
  • Assess, categorize, and prioritize tickets based on urgency, risk, and service level requirements.
  • Identify the appropriate owner and assign tickets to Program Coordinators.
  • Maintain work instructions, SOPs, trackers, templates, and process references to support consistent execution.
  • Extract scheduled reports and coordinate assignment to Program Coordinators.
  • Manage critical issues and escalations requiring immediate attention.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and other specialists to support smooth operations and timely issue resolution for contractors and suppliers.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in contingent workforce management, MSP, HR operations, customer support, shared services, workforce administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-focused and adaptable across diverse scenarios.
  • Amenable to shifting schedule and hybrid work setup based in Ortigas, Pasig.
  • Experience in an RPO, staffing, or global capability center environment.
