TD Direct Investing provides self-directed investors with access to the tools, resources,education and support to confidently manage their wealth. Clients can access TD Direct Investing services through a variety of channels, including our industry leading online and mobile platforms, our licensed representatives available over the telephone and in person at our branches across Canada.  Â

JOB DESCRIPTIONÂ
Â
Reporting into the Manager – TDDI Education Content Strategy, thesuccessful candidate willberesponsible foroptimizing the performance and production of oureducationalcontent, processes,and distribution strategies. Some of the possible tasks may include the following:Â
Gather and reviewend-userfeedback, industry trends and consumption data tooptimize hownew content development is prioritized to meet our program's overarching goalsÂ
May support our social media efforts by scheduling and posting content, tracking trends and performance, and occasionally creating engaging posts to connect with our audiences.
Review existing team processes toidentify opportunities to bestutilize resources, and manage outcomes and timelines effectivelyÂ
Support with screening and onboarding new guest speakers to join our live eventsÂ
Provide recommendations on how to increase our rate of engagement with priority client segmentsÂ
Work with business partners such as marketing, corporate affairs, and communications team to develop news tactics to raise awareness and engagement with our content.Â
Provide guidance on our digital roadmap to attract and engage Gen-Z and millennials, while helping existing client segments to progressively graduate into more entrenchedutilization of our offerings.  Â
There may also bestretchopportunities tosupport on the execution and development of creative content. These tasks could include video scripting, editorial reviews, video capture, graphic design, user design, videoediting, and data analytics. These taskswill only be offered if thesuccessful candidate expresses a desire to develop theseuniqueskills.Â
JOB REQUIREMENTSÂ Â
Â
Currentlyenrolled inanundergraduate degreein Finance,Economics,Communications, Journalism, Business, Marketing, Media,or related field;with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work termÂ
Highly organized, self-motivated, with capabilities to manage multiple priorities and projects.Â
Team playerthatpossesses the ability to workeffectivelywith immediate team,various teams across the business,keystakeholders and executivesÂ
Strongdecision-making skills with a demonstrated ability to critically examine issues from multiple angles to recommendsolutionsÂ
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,PowerPoint and Outlook), desktop publishing, and Adobe Creative-Suite of productswould be an assetÂ
Strong familiarity with investing products andstrategieswould behighlydesirableÂ
Experience with digital content marketing would also be desirableÂ
