Global Manager, Strategic Sourcing (Information Security)

Job Description:

As a Global Strategic Sourcing Manager - Information Security at Mars, you will partner closely with the Commercial Director of Infrastructure & Information Security to drive development & implementation of sub-category buying strategies and co-pilot optimization of resources. You’ll manage both regional and global initiatives by leveraging supplier relationships, while also driving standardization and automation. Ownership of sub-category spend on a global basis will be key, as will heavy x-functional collaboration and close partnership with key stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree with 5 + years of Information Security procurement experience or 10 + years of relevant Information Security procurement experience.

• Fluent in English  

• A passion for developing strong relationships with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders both domestically and internationally.

• Proven portfolio of high-impact deals strengthening strategic relationships with an assortment of Infosec Suppliers: Boutique, Medium, & Large scale

What will be your key responsibilities?

• You will recommend and implement supply base strategy, including assessing and developing suppliers.

• Benchmarking, leading RFP activity and driving the qualification/implantation of new suppliers.

• You will also manage supplier governance, including supplier performance auditing.

• Direct oversight of ($100m) in spend.
