Praktikant (m/w/d) Fachinformatik Daten- und Prozessanalyse

Summary:

Responsibilities Include:

• Automatisierung von Analyseprozessen:
  Weiterentwicklung von Skripten, Tools und Pipelines zur automatisierten Auswertung von NMR‑Spektren (z. B. Python‑basierte Automationsworkflows).
• Software‑ und Workflowoptimierung:
  Analyse bestehender digitaler Prozesse und Entwicklung neuer Lösungen, z. B. für Batch‑Verarbeitung, automatisierte Qualitätssicherung oder Datenvalidierung.
• Datenmanagement & Schnittstellenentwicklung:
  Strukturierung großer Datenmengen, Entwicklung oder Optimierung von Schnittstellen zu Datenbanken oder Laborinformationssystemen (LIMS).
• Analyse & Troubleshooting von Automationsprozessen:
  Identifikation von Prozessschwachstellen, Verbesserung der Performance oder Stabilität bestehender Auswertungsroutinen.
• Mitwirkung an digitalen NMR‑Projekten:
  Unterstützung bei Projekten zur Digitalisierung, Standardisierung und Harmonisierung globaler analytischer Workflows.
• Dokumentation:
  Erstellung von technischen Beschreibungen, User‑Guides oder Prozessdokumentationen.

Wichtig:
Alle Tätigkeiten erfolgenohne physische Laborarbeit und ohne Kontakt mit Chemikalien. Die Arbeit findet zwar im Labor statt, aber komplett in der IT‑/Datenumgebung

Qualifications:

The following arerequiredfor the role

• Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) in Informatik, Data Science, Chemoinformatik, Physik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Teilnahme an einer Bildungsmaßnahme im entsprechenden Fachbereich
• Pflichtpraktikumsnachweis der Hochschule bzw. Bildungseinrichtung
• Gute Kenntnisse in mindestens einer Programmiersprache (z. B. Python, R)
• Interesse an Datenverarbeitung, Automatisierung und digitalen Laborprozessen
• Strukturierte, selbstständige und analytische Arbeitsweise
• Freude an Problemlösung und Prozessoptimierung
• Gute MS‑Office‑Kenntnisse
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
