• Experience as a Journey Developer
• Expertise in designing and implementing Journey Maps
• Proficiency in AJO HTML coding and template development
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize journey performance
• Strong understanding of customer engagement and marketing automation workflows

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Build and customize HTML-based communications within AJO.
• Create and maintain journey maps and workflows.
• Conduct QA testing and validate journey functionality before deployment.
• Identify and resolve issues related to journey execution and campaign delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing, business, and technical teams to ensure successful implementations.
• Support ongoing enhancements and optimization of customer journeys.

Experience Required

• 8–12 years of overall IT/MarTech experience.
• Proven experience working with Adobe Journey Optimizer implementations.
• Strong background in HTML development for marketing communications.
