Hourly base pay rate is $20.00 - $30.00/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.Job Description
- High School Diploma or GEDÂ
- Generally less than 2 years of related experienceÂ
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving recordÂ
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)Â
- Strong communication and teamwork skillsÂ
- Support vehicle sale preparation and lineup accuracyÂ
- Assist with monitoring reconditioning processesÂ
- Perform basic audits of condition reports and imagesÂ
- Partner with internal teams to support client needsÂ
- Prior experience in automotive, logistics, or transportation environmentsÂ
- Basic auto body or reconditioning knowledgeÂ
- High School Diploma or GEDÂ
- 2–3 years of related experienceÂ
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving recordÂ
- Strong written and verbal communication skillsÂ
- All responsibilities of the Specialist IÂ plus:Â Â
- Manage assigned account activities and client communicationsÂ
- Review and approve vehicle repair and reconditioning recommendationsÂ
- Coordinate vehicle movement and readiness across departmentsÂ
- Partner with sales teams to ensure a unified client experienceÂ
- Experience working directly with commercial or dealer clientsÂ
- Knowledge of auction operations and reconditioning workflowsÂ
- High School Diploma or GEDÂ
- 5+ years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the automotive industryÂ
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving recordÂ
- Prior vehicle reconditioning or auto body experienceÂ
- Advanced knowledge of condition reports, inspections, and reconditioning standardsÂ
- All responsibilities of the Specialist I & II plus:Â
- Manage complex client accounts and intricate SLAsÂ
- Lead audits of condition reports, imaging, and announcementsÂ
- Coordinate redemptions and ensure compliance with PII policiesÂ
- Serve as an advisor to less senior team membersÂ
- Proven analytical skills and ability to prioritize in fast‑paced environmentsÂ
- Strong cross‑functional partnership skillsÂ
